Two scenarios here:
If an elephant sits on your order or eats it then the Post Office has to refund you. That means you must bring your tracking number to the Post Office and fill out a claim.
If we did a k*k job packaging it then we will refund or credit the broken items.

If the quality of our product is compromised please send it back, we will refund you and cover the postage.
