200g (1/2 packet) Earth Products firm tofu
1/2 onion, medium to large
2 Tsp extra-virgin olive oil
50 g Wakame seaweed
1 Tsp Tamari soya sauce
1 Tsp chopped spring onions
1 Tsp toasted sesame seed
Wrap a tea towel firmly around the tofu to absorb some of its moisture. Soak the seaweed for 15 minutes. Chop the onions and sauté them until they only just change colour. Crumble the tofu by hand or with a potato masher, and add it to the onions. Allow it to get golden here and there. Add the drained and chopped seaweed.
Steam with the lid on. Pour the soya sauce over the top and garnish with spring onions and sesame.
