Wakame Condiment

25g wakame

50g pumpkin pips

Heat oven to 1900 C and toast the wakame on a tray until crisp. In a slower oven, toast the pumpkin pips until they emit a toasty aroma. When cool, grind both in a blender, or pestle and mortar, until the seeds are semi-crushed. A delicious condiment for brown rice or on top of some wholegrain bread that also happens to be mineral-rich and good for the urinary system!
