The tofu gets gently smoked for few minutes over untreated cherry wood shavings. But before that it is marinated in soya sauce with a splash of apple cider vinegar and a touch of raw sugar. TRULY VEGAN. No bone char in this brown sugar.

A really nice firm tofu with an unusual and moreish smoked flavour - kind of like oak smoked trout. I'll definitely be buying it again.
