About this Product
Our Maple Syrup is a Canada #1 Grade B medium, with a good colour and a stronger flavour.
Generally grade A is the most popular, with a delicate maple flavour and a light consistency. It's fine for pancakes, and to pour over desserts and yoghurt. Grade A is made from the maple sap collected right at the beginning of the maple season.
Grade B maple syrup is made from the sap that has had a maturing phase within the maple tree. It also is a bit thicker, and as a natural product, can vary from season to season in colour. Grade B is richer in nutrients and minerals. With a very favourable GI Glycemic Index it is the preferred choice for the detox regime, the Master Cleanse!
