Brown, white and black - we've got them all! Sesame is rich in calcium and magnesium and therefore unparallelled for the nervous system, manufacture new bone and maintain bones.
How to use it :
Sesame seed have a slightly astringent taste which makes them interesting in the kitchen. You can grind them in your blender or through your oscar or matstone juicer or make gomasio - the delicious Japanese sesame salt (see recipes). Sprinkle it on anything at the table instead of salt and watch everybody finish their food and ask for more!
Brown sesame is a little more wholesome than white but possibly not quite as digestible. White is more digestible. Black has even more nutrients and minerals. Why not merrily mix the three colours and have very well adjusted - and pretty - sesame?
