Soya is delicious in a culinary sense and also healthily prepared in fine, fine combinations with some natural ferments such as miso and soya sauces as well as sea vegetables. Herbs, garlic, sauteed shiitake mushrooms, or marinated with tahini dressing.. It is very good for vegetarians and vegans!
How to cook :
Soak overnight, change the water and boil 'til perfection with a strip of Kombu seaweed for best digestibility! A 500g packet of beans will make 5 or 6 cups of cooked beans. Nice to freeze a few portions, so don't cook less than a packet or two.
